Dr. Marek Płoszczyński - the Co-Founder of the Damian Medical Center and the President of the Management Board. A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. In the years 1985-1994 a member of the research team in the Max Boehringer Institut and Sandoz Forschung Institut in Vienna.

Dr. Michał A. Kornatowski - a Member of the Management Board. Specialist in geriatrics. A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. Postgraduate studies within economics and management at the University of Warsaw and at the Toho University (in Tokyo). In his professional career he was a Vice Minister of Health, the Director of the Hospital in Ciechanów, the Director of the Cefarm Pharmaceutical Centre and a Member of the Management Board of the Mutual Insurance Company (TUW).

Dr. Piotr Pniewski - The Director for Medical Affairs. Internal medicine specialist. A graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. Postgraduate studies in the Warsaw School of Economics: Management of Healthcare Institutions. Previous posts: The Head of the Imaging and Endoscopy Department of the Clinic of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. Vice Director for Medical Affairs and subsequently Director of the Institute of Geriatrics. Director of the Center of General Medicine and Geriatrics.

Jolanta Widbek - the Head of the Human Resources and Salary Department. A member of the Warsaw Division of the Society for Quality Promotion. Previous employment: the Council of the National Defense League (LOK).
